Bars & bites

Protein bars, nutrition bars, energy cubes and fruit & nut bars. Cold forming shapes the product without baking it, which suits dense, date- and nut-based recipes.

Baked, not formed?

Fruit-filled and baked bars live with our ovens.

Not every bar is cold-formed. Fruit-filled bars and cookie bars are baked products, and they run through our contract baking capability alongside cookies and granola.

Before we start

What we will want to discuss.

A useful first conversation covers these four things. "Not sure yet" is a fine answer to any of them.

Your formula

Whether you bring a finished formula, an early recipe or a concept that needs development support.

Format and size

Bar, bite or cube, target piece weight, inclusions and coatings, and how the product should eat.

Requirements

Ingredient standards, allergens and any certification requirements your product must meet. Tell us early so we can confirm fit.

Pack format

Flow-wrapped singles, multipacks, pouches or bulk. Packaging is planned with production, not after it.
